 Kevin John Duffy – Owner, President and Funeral Director
Kevin John Duffy was born in Wilkes Barre in 1961. He was raised in Conyngham, PA. Kevin displayed at a very young age an ability to comfort people.After graduating from Johnson and Wales College in Providence, RI, and working in the hospitality Industry, Kevin entered Simmons Mortuary College in Syracuse, New York.Kevin began working in the funeral Industry in 1994. After 7 years of being employed by the Snowdon family, Kevin was employed in the Lehigh Valley by Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Homes to study in all the customs and grieving processes associated with Christian, Jewish and Muslim funerals. Kevin returned to manage the Snowdon funeral homes in 2005.Kevin and his wife, Lisa, with their children live in Moscow above the funeral home. Kevin is a member of St. Catherine’s of Sienna Church of Moscow, he is a board member of the Moscow Cemetery and a member of Moscow Lodge # 504. Since 1998 Kevin has been a member of the North Pocono Rotary Club and is currently club president. Kevin is a former member of the Junior Chamber of Commerce and was a former member and past president of the Valley Jaycees.

Edward Chomko Jr – Funeral Director
Edward Chomko was born and raised in West Scranton. He attended West Scranton Senior High School. He graduated from Lackawanna College in 1995 with a B.S. Business Administration. Edward continued his education at the Simmons School of Mortuary Science. Edward has been a member of American Ukrainian Veterans Association since 1997.

 Wayne Gardner – Operations Manager
Wayne Gardner has been employed by the Snowdon Funeral Home since 1966. Wayne and his wife, Jude, are lifelong residents of Lackawanna County. They are members of St. John’s Russian Orthodox Church in Mayfield. Wayne is a Navy Veteran.

 Lisa Duffy- Office Manager
Lisa is actively involved in the North Pocono Area. She is a member of St. Catherine’s of Sienna Church, the North Pocono Rotary and the North Pocono Cultural Society.

 Nunzio Lamberti – Funeral Assistant
Nunzio and his wife, Maryann,reside in Roaring Brook Township. He is a member of St. Eulalia’s Church in Roaring Brook Township and an active member of the Minisink Lions Club.

 Ray Roese – Funeral Assistant
Ray and his wife, Alice reside in Moscow. They are members of the Moscow Methodist Church. Ray is a active member of Moscow Lodge 504 and the Bell Telephone Pioneers. Ray is an Army Veteran.

William “Bill” Stubbs – Funeral Assistant
Bill and his wife, Clara, reside in Madison Township and are members of the Daleville Methodist Church. Bill and Clara are members of the Red Cross. Bill is Chairman of the North Pocono Blood Drive and celebrated 25 years of dedicated service. Bill is a retired Sergeant Major of the US Air Force.

 Donald Williams – Funeral Assistant
Don and his wife, Dorothy, are lifelong residents of Scranton and are Members of the Berean Church in Scranton. Don is an Army Veteran.

Gary Williams – Funeral Assistant
Gary and his wife, Patty, reside in Green Ridge and are members of Ashbury Methodist Church in Scranton. Gary is a Navy Veteran.

 Frank Lombardo – Funeral Assistant
Frank and his wife, Mary, have resided in Roaring Brook Township for 46 years. They, along with their daughter, Teri Taynton, who is a second grade teacher at North Pocono Elementary School are very involved in our community. Frank and his family are members of St. Eulalia’s Church in Roaring Brook Township. Frank is the very proud Grandfather of Elisabeth. Frank is an Air Force Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict.

Karen is a life long resident of North Pocono and the proud mother of Keegan, Killian and Kevin. Karen is a member of St. Catherine of Sienna Church in Moscow.

 Robert Mendicino – Funeral Assistant
Bob and his wife, Dee, are lifelong members of Green Ridge. They are the proud parents of their daughter, Summer. Bob and his family are members of Grace Bible Church in Dunmore. Bob is the very proud Grandfather of Mackenzie.

Ardeth Fischetti- Consultant
Ardeth Fischetti was employed by the Snowdon’s for 57 years. Ardeth and her husband, Patrick, reside in Archbald. Ardeth is a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Although Ardeth retired in 2010, she remains an important part of business. Ardeth’s incredible knowledge of the funeral business and the people in the community help us serve you better. We are constantly seeking her wisdom on a number of matters.
